Indian actress Neetu is one of the female martial artists who plays in Bollywood action movies. She grew up in Patna together with her brother Nitin Chandra, who director is of the movie ''Deswa'' (2011). She studied at the Notre Dame Academy in Patna and completed her undergraduate education at the Delhi's Indraprastha College. She began an relationship with actor Randeep Hooda in 2010 until the couple seperates in 2013.


Model Career


Succesful model Neetu gives the credits of her success to her mother. She appears in several advertisements and videos of various brands. She becomes ambassador for the Gitanjali brand the Hoop and appears in a commercial for the brand Mysore Sandal Soap. She posed on the cover of the Indian Maxim magazine (january 2009 edition) and posed on the cover of the of the Indian the Exhibit Magazine (august 2012 edition). She played alongside Zubeen Garg in music director Ismail Darbar's music video "Rasiya Saajan". She appears also in the music video of singer Neeraj Shridhar's hit single "Aa Raha Hoon Main". She is life member of the International Film And Television Club and the International Film And Television Research Centre of the Asian Academy of Film & Television.


Taekwondo


Grandmaster Jimmy R Jagtiani (the father of taekwondo in India) gives her taekwondo lessons at the martial arts academy in Tamil Nadu since young age. She has an 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo and her degree exam was given by grandmaster Jimmy R. Jagtiani at the Taekwondo Challenge 2012 championship in Mumbai. She was recently feted by the South Korean government for her achievements in the sport. She competed at taekwondo tournaments and won a silver medal in the Indian taekwondo competition. She represented India in 1997 at the International Taekwondo Championship in Hong Kong.


Action Movie Career

She made her action debut as Inspector Mayawati Chautala in this story where Laxminarayan (played by Tusshar Kapoor), has a poor lifestyle in Mumbai along with his widowed mother Kanta (played by Usha Nadkarni) in "One Two Three" (2008). He fulfills his mother's wish to become a successful gangster in illegal activities.

She plays in this story where Yash (played by Sanjay Dutt) and Raj Ambani (played by Akshaye Khanna), steal money from bank owner Zandulal (played by Paresh Rawal), who is confronted with financial ruin in "No Problem" (2008). The duo is hunted by bumbling Senior Inspector Arjun Singh (played by Anil Kapoor).

She plays the beautiful Karishma in this story about Aadhi (played by Jayam Ravi) who is a rich and smart smuggler, with the intention to make money by doing  nefarious activities in "Aadhi Bhagavan" (2013). He falls in love on Karishma who lures him to Mumbai with her charmes. He discovers that she is the lover of feared crime boss Bhagavan (played by Jayam Ravi). The problems start when Aadhi is chased by police, politicians and big illegal mining mafia because they confuse him with Bhagavan. He defends himself against the hunters who cross his path and he is determined to defeat Bhagavan and his men for once and for all.

She plays Pinky in a realistic film about poor people in Mumbai who become criminals in "Shooters" (2015).
